elie saab is without doubt my favourite designer, after seeing the couture spring 2012 collection all i wanted to do was throw glitter over myself, wrap up my body in lace and wear pastels for the rest of my life. these are in my opinion the best 9, infact as i type this im wiping away the drool over these delicous dresses. other than the beautiful lilacs, pale pinks and ice cold blues, elie used whites, beiges and browns. the ice cream and candy coloured dresses stood out against the dreamy narnia esque wonderland of the blues and whites. so excuse me whilst i go bath in a pool of sequins, pluck feathers from exotic birds and steal tutus from little ballerinas; anything to get my hands on a bit of the elie saab magic.
